Refund & Cancellation Policy
At VoiceArtistKav.com, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products/services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in the following circumstances:

If the product/service received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

If the customer cancels within the allowable cooling-off period, as required by the Consumer Protection Act (where applicable).

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.

Please allow [5–10 working days] for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
2. Cancellations
Orders for physical goods may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. This does not apply to digital products which are delivered via email immediately upon purchase.
Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.
If cancellation occurs after the stated period, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items/services are non-refundable:

Downloadable digital products (e-books, software, online courses) once accessed or downloaded.

Gift cards or vouchers.

Services already rendered.
